JM Paquet | Warranty

JM Paquet provides you, the original retail purchaser, with the following lifetime limited warranty on your upholstered furniture. This warranty applies to upholstered products purchased from authorized JM Paquet dealers for home use and applies only under conditions of normal residential use. "Lifetime" is defined by the life of the original cover. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, commercial use, institutional use or shipping damage.

Frame and Springs - JM Paquet warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, protection against manufacturing defects of frames and springs. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the product as long as it remains upholstered in the original fabric and is used under normal wear in normal conditions.

Cushions - JM Paquet warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, protection against imperfect workmanship or materials. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the cushions used under normal wear in normal conditions. All cushions will get comfy by softening over time. This is the normal enhancement process of natural filled cushions and is not considered a defect.

Sleeper Mechanism - JM Paquet warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, protection against manufacturing defects of the sleeper mechanisms (all metal parts) for three (3) years. This warranty applies under normal conditions, non-commercial use.

Sleeper Mattress - JM Paquet warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, for five (5) years, the innerspring sleeper mattress, excluding cover, against manufacturing defects and the loss of foam resiliency under normal, non-commercial conditions.
